Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies — local storage and session storage — work the same way.

DORVEN uses them to keep your cart and session intact, to secure your account, and to keep the site working reliably as you move between pages.

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off from within the site. They support:

• Your cart contents and cart synchronisation across visits
• Session state and checkout progress
• Account sign-in and keeping you authenticated
• Security, abuse prevention and basic site preferences (such as theme)

Where analytics is active, we look only at anonymous, aggregated signals — page views, navigation paths and performance metrics — to understand what to improve.

This data is not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Some parts of the experience rely on external providers, and those providers may set or process cookies and related data under their own policies:

• Shopify — product data and hosted checkout
• Our backend platform — accounts, authentication and site data
• Email provider — newsletter delivery and email engagement, where you have subscribed
• Shipping and payment partners — once an order is placed

Checkout is completed on Shopify's hosted checkout. Cookies set during that step are governed by Shopify and the payment provider handling the transaction.

Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider — DORVEN does not store your complete card information.

Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies in its privacy or site-settings panel. You can also browse in a private window.

Blocking essential cookies will break cart, sign-in and checkout. Blocking analytics has no effect on how the site works for you.

The site does not currently show a cookie-consent banner, so preferences are managed entirely through your browser.

Information stored in cookies may be linked with details you provide through the site — such as your order, account or newsletter signup.
